Your magnet sheets can come in a two types of printing surface lamination including - white matte or waterproof PVC (polyvinyl chloride). These materials are suitable for:

• Digital inkjet printing
• Screen printing
• Solvent ink
• Eco-solvent
• UV curable ink

Magnetic Attractions strongly recommends you test materials with your printer and ink system.

All-Purpose Adhesive Strength in any weather

Our MegaMag magnetic sheet uses APAA (All Purpose Acrylic Adhesive) which is good to adhere to most paper, cardboard, plastic, painted surfaces and most clean, dry metal surfaces. Note: Acrylic adhesives normally require 12 to 24 hours to meet maximum bond strength. The hold in place tack is immediate, but full hold strength requires chemical cure time, like with most other adhesives. MegaMag also comes with a high quality UV backside laminate. This protects from blocking, providing superior anti-stick and weather proof performance.

Magnetization and strength

• Delivers maximum holding power of up to 100 pounds per square foot
• Adheres and remains magnetic at temperatures as low as -40°F and as high as 170°F.
• Because standard grade materials are significantly stronger on one side, adhesives or vinyl can be applied to the weak side. (The weak side of MegaMAG will not hold magnet receptive materials.)
• Will hold magnetic receptive materials on magnet wall systems including the Magbond Magnetic Media system.
